Below you will find the terms and conditions for shipping, delivery, returns and refunds, detailed clearly and precisely, taking into account the specificities of our company.

Shipping

Shipping times: We generally prepare your order within 3 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This period corresponds to the preparation time before the package is handed over to the carrier. For items made to order or personalized, an additional manufacturing time may be added (specific to each product concerned).

Delivery delay : Shipping times vary depending on the destination area of ​​your package. Once your order has been shipped, you can estimate delivery within the following indicative timeframes (depending on the area):

  • Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) : 2 to 5 working days after shipping on average.
  • Corsica : allow for a slightly longer delay, generally 3 to 7 working days, due to specific routes to the island.
  • Zone 1 (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands) : about 3 to 6 working days.
  • Zone 2 (Austria, Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom) : about 4 to 8 working days.
  • Zone 3 (Spain, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia) : about 5 to 10 working days.
  • Switzerland : about 4 to 8 working days, which may vary slightly due to customs formalities.

Remarks: The above delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. They may vary depending on carrier constraints, busy periods (sales, holidays), or exceptional circumstances (bad weather, strikes, etc.). Delivery methods offered: We offer several delivery methods to suit your needs:

  • Home or business delivery : Your package is delivered directly to the address you have indicated (home, office, etc.), by a carrier (postal service or courier). This delivery method ensures that you receive your order at home or at your workplace.
  • Relay point delivery Your package will be delivered to a collection point or post office near you. You can pick it up at your convenience during the collection point's opening hours. This option is convenient if you're not often at home during the day. (The availability of relay points may depend on your geographic area and the carrier chosen.)

In all cases, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. This tracking will allow you to track the delivery progress in real time on the carrier's website.

Procedure in case of absence upon delivery: If you are not there when the delivery person comes to your home, several situations may arise depending on the carrier:

  • The carrier may file a calling card in your mailbox, indicating the failed delivery attempt. This notice will specify the procedure to follow to recover your package (retry delivery, pick up at a collection point or post office, etc.).
  • If delivery was scheduled to a relay point and you did not collect the package on time, it will be returned to our warehouse after the retention period specified by the relay point.

In case of absence, it is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the delivery notice to collect your package within the given time frame. If a package is returned to us for incorrect address ou unclaimed package within the time limit, we will contact you upon receipt to arrange a reshipment. Please note: a new shipment following a return due to absence or incorrect address may be charged to you (return costs).

Delivery areas and restrictions: We ship our products to the following geographic areas:

  • Mainland France (including Monaco, excluding Corsica and French overseas departments and territories) – postal codes 01* to 95* and 98*.
  • Corsica – department 20* (Corse-du-Sud and Haute-Corse).
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands (Zone 1).
  • Austria, Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom (Zone 2).
  • Spain, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia (Zone 3).
  • Switzerland.

Currently, we do not deliver towards the DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, etc.) or to other countries not listed above. If you would like delivery to a country not covered, we invite you to contact us beforehand to explore a possible solution. Furthermore, we do not deliver to mailbox (BP) nor to military addresses of the BFPO type.

For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom), customs fees and import taxes may apply upon arrival of the package in the destination country. These possible costs remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the competent authorities or the carrier at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to inquire about the customs regulations of your receiving country if you are ordering from abroad.

Shipping cost

No free delivery: We would like to inform you thatno free delivery is not offered, regardless of the amount of the order. Delivery costs are always at the customer's expense, without exception. There is no purchase threshold beyond which shipping costs would be free.

Calculation of shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the delivery area (see the classification of areas above) and possibly the weight/volume of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown in your shopping cart before final validation of your order, once the delivery address has been entered and the delivery method chosen. We apply a predefined price list by geographic area, as follows:

  • Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) : fixed standard delivery costs for all orders shipped to mainland France. (Indicative example: home delivery around €8-10 including tax per standard package. A preferential rate may be applied for delivery to a relay point.)
  • Corsica : A island supplement is applied for shipments to Corsica, due to additional shipping costs. (Example: standard fees for France + fixed supplement for Corsica, generally around a few euros extra.)
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands (Zone 1) : International delivery costs for Zone 1, fixed per order. These costs are higher than for mainland France due to the distance. (Estimate: around €12-15 including VAT, depending on weight, per shipment.)
  • Austria, Denmark, Italy, United Kingdom (Zone 2) : delivery costs zone 2, a little higher than zone 1. (Estimate: around €15-20 including tax per shipment.)
  • Spain, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia (Zone 3) : delivery costs zone 3. (Estimate: approximately €20-30 including VAT per shipment, varying depending on the exact destination and weight.)
  • Switzerland : specific delivery costs for Switzerland. Being outside the EU, our sales prices are displayed without taxes for deliveries to Switzerland, and you will have to pay Swiss VAT and customs duties upon receipt. Shipping costs to Switzerland are comparable to those for Zone 3 (+ any customs clearance fees). (Estimate: approximately €20-30 excluding VAT, excluding customs fees, for a standard package.)

Delivery methods and costs: Please note that fees may also vary depending on the delivery method you choose. For example, delivery to a collection point may cost slightly less than home delivery by express carrier. In all cases, your choice of delivery method and the associated cost will be presented to you at the time of ordering.

We are committed to charging reasonable shipping rates that reflect the actual costs charged by our logistics providers (carriers, post office, etc.). We do not seek to make a profit on shipping costs; these only cover the cost of shipping your package.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, if a product is not suitable, we have implemented a return policy in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Right of withdrawal (distance purchase): For purchases made on our site, you benefit from the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days without having to provide a reason. This 14-day period begins on the day after you receive the last item in your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the expiration of the 14 days.
